Affiliate Program Terms
These terms govern your participation in the iCraft affiliate program at refer.icraft.dev. By creating an affiliate account you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the program.
1.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and provide a valid email and phone number. One account per person. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity under your account.
2.Your referral link
On sign-up you receive one referral link that works across every product in the program — no per-product codes. Referrals are attributed on a 30-day, last-click basis using a browser identifier (localStorage) set when someone follows your link.
3.Commissions
- Up to 20% recurring of the net paid subscription value, for as long as the customer keeps paying, on each in-program app. The standard rate is tiered by plan price: 20% for plans under €80, 15% for €80–200, 12% above €200. Some apps set their own flat rate instead; the exact rate applicable to each app and plan is always the one shown on your dashboard.
- Ambassadors earn an enhanced rate (1.5×, e.g. up to 30%) at iCraft's discretion.
- Some apps may use a one-off or fixed-bounty model instead — the applicable rate is always shown on your dashboard.
- Sub-affiliates (tier-2): you may refer other affiliates. When someone you referred makes a sale, you earn an additional bonus funded by iCraft — never deducted from their commission. The structure is capped at 2 tiers: there is no deeper level and no chaining.
- Only apps marked as in-program earn. Commissions are calculated on net amounts actually collected (excluding taxes, discounts and refunds).
4.Activity-based rate
Commissions are performance-based. Your forward commission rate is scaled by your ongoing referral activity. Keeping up a steady flow of new referrals maintains your full rate; a prolonged lapse in activity gradually reduces the rate applied to future invoices, and resuming activity restores it. Commissions that have already matured and been paid are never reduced retroactively for inactivity.
5.Holding period & refunds
Each commission is held for 30 days before becoming payable (refund protection). If the underlying payment is refunded or charged back within that window, the related commission is reversed (clawback). A refund after a commission has been paid out may be deducted from future earnings.
6.Payouts
- Payouts are made in EUR via Stripe Connect. You must complete Stripe's onboarding and identity verification (KYC) to receive funds.
- iCraft never sees or stores your bank details — Stripe handles them.
- A minimum payout threshold may apply. You are solely responsible for any taxes on your commissions and for declaring them per your local rules.
7.Prohibited conduct
The following void your commissions and may lead to termination:
- Self-referrals, or referring accounts you control.
- Fraud, fake sign-ups, cookie stuffing, forced or incentivised clicks (unless explicitly approved).
- Spam, misleading claims about the products, or false advertising.
- Bidding on iCraft trademarks in paid search, or impersonating iCraft or its brands.
- Unauthorised coupon/deal-site abuse or any attempt to game attribution.
8.Brand use
We grant you a limited, revocable licence to use the iCraft and product names/logos solely to promote the products honestly. You may not imply employment or partnership with iCraft, or use the brands in any way that's misleading or harmful.
9.Termination
Either party may end participation at any time. On termination in good standing, matured commissions already earned are paid out per the normal schedule. Commissions tied to fraud or breach of these terms are forfeited.
10.Changes & no guarantee
We may update rates and terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued participation means you accept them. The program is provided “as is”, with no guaranteed earnings — what you make depends on the referrals you drive.
